L3V3L Mastermind Personal is operated by Wadontei:io / The Good Gate. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you subscribe, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details. We store your email address and a unique access code in our secure database. We also store aggregate usage data (session count) to manage your subscription.
Session content — the questions you answer in our intake questionnaires and the AI responses you receive — is processed in real time to generate your analysis. We do not store the content of your sessions in our database. Your session data is not used to train AI models.
We use your email address to deliver your access code and service-related communications. We do not sell your email address or personal information to any third party. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
We use the following third-party services to operate this platform: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Netlify (hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Session content entered into our machines is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's API usage policies apply. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's privacy policy.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your access code between sessions, so you do not need to re-enter it each time you visit. No tracking cookies are used. No advertising pixels are present on this site.
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. Canadian residents have additional rights under PIPEDA. Users in the European Economic Area have rights under GDPR.
This service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
